Insurance claims include Uninsured Motorist or Underinsured Motorist personal injury and property damage matters as well as those between policyholders and their insurers. These may be related to both coverage under an insurance policy as well as those seeking extra-contractual damages. These claims can occur regarding automobile coverage, as well as homeowner’s, property owners, landlords and tenants, together with all types of property and casualty claims. All briefs are read, so that the hearing can start on time and move the matter along to resolution.
